In the Value data text box, type 86400000, and then click OK ( It is the timeout period (in milliseconds) that you want to set for the service.Right-click the ServicesPipeTimeout registry entry that you created in step 3, and then click Modify.Type ServicesPipeTimeout to replace New Value #1, and then press enter.In the right pane of Registry Editor, notice that New Value #1 (the name of a new registry entry) is selected for editing. The default location for this is C:\Program Files (x86)\CodeMeter\Runtime\bin\CodeMeterCC.exe. Launch CodeMeter Control Center (CC) and verify you do not have any license containers. In order for your machine to connect to the licensing server and not look for a license, you will need to have an empty CodeMeterCC window with no license containers.
